It doesn't look like that kml is valid:

It works with geoxml3:
http://www.geocodezip.com/geoxml3_test/v3_geoxml3_ncaudubonblog_org_KML.html
but it looks like there might be something wrong with the color.

One of the polygons shows up on google maps:

Your kml seems to have a similar problem, but you seem to have
<Document> nodes, maybe it has to do with the invalid style.
