I am still trying to figure out if there is a tutorial on how to create a custom map (i.e Blueprints of a building) and use the API v3 controls on it. I haven't found any good tile cutters unless they are in linux / php / python (??). Alas I am a windows user and had used an old tile cutter for Photoshop. Is there any such tool for windows users?
I've read a few of the articles on the v3 coding but I really just want a sample to read thru and rip apart for my own maps.
