On the first page, double click on the map to place a marker and then click Create Entry. This will take you to the second page which is supposed to show a smaller map zoomed in to the location the marker was placed. I apologize for not posting a link sooner, I am at the very beginning of my project and I have been developing locally so I didn't have a link handy at first. Since I am new at this and it only seems to happen in Chrome I was hoping that I was making an obvious mistake.
