Anyway, feature request raised http://code.google.com/p/gmaps-api-issues/issues/detail?id=2844 @Tom, my point about the T&C's was that although (ix) states (as you rightly say) you cannot use the Yahoo API to display information on anything other than their maps. (x) then goes on to contradict the previous statement by saying you can't use the Yahoo API's to display the information - The literal interpretation!
