That's a question for your Google Premier Account representative. Note
that the Terms of Service prohibit the use of the free API in a
private environment, so if you are using the free API, it's highly
likely it won't work. You need a Premier licence, and to identify it
correctly in your API script call, to get it to work in a private
environment. You paid for private-network support with your Premier
licence.
