If you are expecting users to enter data in that format, you'll have
to write some code to parse it and identify the "address" element and
the "type" element, if any. (outside the scope of this maps group)
Then construct some search criteria for your database that uses any
elements you've passed to it. (outside the scope of this maps group)

Feeding the data to the map for display would remain much the same.

It might be easier for you to manage if you provide a seperate box for
the user to indicate their "type" preference, perhaps even a drop-down
based on the types you have (outside the scope of this maps group)
