Here is a link to very simple HTML file using v3 that illustrates the problem:
http://princebio.org/testinfowindow.html If you click on the marker the InfoWindow will appear. If you click on the image or the text in the InfoWindow the large image will appear *behind* the map. If you click on the button in the InfoWindow, or any of the elements (image, text or button) in the box above the map (containing the same HTML used to define the contents on the InfoWindow) the large image will appear* in front *of the map.
