Hi Bill, Thanks for the very quick response. I think you are saying in terms of LatLongBounds (if i am not in wrong dirn), but what will happen when i zoom out to a certain level (say zoom level 3-4) then all markers will be displayed :S But still this can be a solution.. I need some help on this to achieve this, :D Or any example/link where i can find this kind of implementation..
Thanks again. :P On Tue, Dec 28, 2010 at 5:56 PM, Bill Lee <[email protected]> wrote: > If all 3000-5000 markers are not visible at the same time, I suggest you > code the map so that only the markers in the current view are presented. > > (I can't imagine a single map with 3000-5000 markers all visible at the > same time!) > > Regards, > > Bill Lee > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Google Maps JavaScript API v3" group. > To post to this group, send email to > [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]<google-maps-js-api-v3%[email protected]> > . > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/google-maps-js-api-v3?hl=en. > -- Warm Regards, Pankaj Jha P Go green....Save the Trees*****.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps JavaScript API v3" group.
