Go back to Aarhus council and ask what coordinate system they are using. Then use Google's search engine to find coordinate conversion scripts in the language of your choice, from "whatever" to WGS84 that Google uses. As your data is in a spreadsheet, you can probably do the conversion within the spreadsheet itself.
