Help us to help you.  Post a link to your map so we can see the
problem for ourselves.

If you want to zoom to the best zoom to see a set of coordinates, you
need to get the bounds of those objects then do
Map.fitBounds(bounds).

See the documentation of LatLngBounds and Map.
