Thanks for spotting that hanging comma.  It is now gone.
If that does not fix things for you, then here are some further
thoughts:

1.  The most basic thing that Gmap4 can do is show you a map of the
world.
Can you see it with IE6?

2.  The Gmap4 homepage has a map (in an iframe) with data from a kml
file.
Can you see that map?

3.  I recall that when I converted from v2 to v3 that I had to  change
the networklink code I was using to display Google MyMap files.
Perhaps IE6 simply cannot handle that new code.
