Unrelated error in
<body ... onunload="GUnload();">
v3 maps don't have GUnload
Your buttons call this
animateMarker((-41.294003, 174.783711))
but the function is this
function animateMarker(latlng) {
map.panTo (new google.maps.LatLng(latlng));
I think 'latlng' evaluates to -41.294003 only
Why not just build the function to expect lat, long numbers?
