The file you've attached works for me local as well as remotely. However the map doesn't show as long as I don't allow or disallow the geolocation feature (tested in Firefox on Ubuntu 10.10).
Maybe you have somehow blocked the geolocating feature in your browser? Maybe resetting the geolocation preferences (should be somewhere in your browser's preferences) will do the trick.
