Regarding the new controls, I'm noticing CSS issues with the drop- downs going to 50% of screen width and the "Labels" and "Terrain" text flying right and even disappearing. (http://www.recklesswonder.com/ map/ for example as of today).
I'll try fixing this issue later with my wrapping CSS, but I thought I'd point it out here.
