You should avoid using 'mouseover' event if you want your page to be touch device compatible. There is no 'mouseover' with mobile clients.
It is not a very good idea to use 'mouseover' on Marker to open infowindow after all. Another misbehavior occurs on desktop when you have a lot of markers. Opening infowindow often makes the map to pan.
