yes i know how to view the errors using firebug but I am wicked new at
javascript. Sorry to be a pain just thought I could learn javascript
from the best in the world google.

Have you learnt how to see the javascript errors reported in your
browser yet? This will give a hint.
Did you miss the part about taking the creation of the markercluster
object out of the for-loop that creates many markers, as you don't
want many markercluster objects?
Did you miss the part about passing the array to the clusterer object
after the loop has finished? No sign of that.
