Hi All,

First of all I am NOT attempting to hide both these elements I am
looking to find out whether the following scenario breaches the terms
of service.

I have several content popups that appear when various geometry
elements are clicked in my map (similar to info window).

These popups fit themselves to various portions of the screen (what is
available).

When opening such a popup currently one may appear to partially or
fully obscure the terms of service or google logo.

These popups are closed before going back and interacting with the
map.

Is this usage pattern a breach of the terms of service? This is not an
intentional hiding, the user has to interact with the map to find the
geometry but once selected the context switches from mapping to the
popup, thanks?
