Hi Bharat , For getting the flight inforamtion you will have to subscribe to flight tracking api usually they charge you for using the api .http://flightwise.com/ offers free flight tracking service of now you can use this api to get the location of the flights . Once you get the location you can display the data using the google maps . You can refer http://googlelatiude.blogspot.com/2011/03/google-latitude-mashup-with-google-maps.html which is a mashup of google latitude & google maps .It does almost the same thing get the users location using Google Latitude Api & display using google maps .
