Geocoding is the process of determining the geographic coordinates for
an address.  If you already have those (the latitude and longitude),
you wouldn't need to geocode them.

Are you asking about how to display them on a map?

If so, the simplest way may be to import them into a FusionTable, then
use the FusionTables "map" visiualization or a FusionTablesLayer in a
v3 map.
