I am trying to find a way to limit the dragging of a Marker to withing
the confines of a Polygon.

Currently I can check whether the Marker is within or outside the
Polygon, however I can't seem to find a way of confining the movements
of the Marker to withing the Polygon.

Alternately, if the Marker could be dragged outside the Polygon, then
could it revert back to its previous position if the new dragged-to
location is outside the polygon?

Is there some way to accomplish this?
