I mentioned in my original post there is no link for this page yet. Still under development.
Odd thing, I can see the map if I add this to the <head></head> section: <link href="http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/ examples/default.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> Why would a stylesheet effect this so much?
