Hello, I was wondering if someone could tell me if the following idea would violate the terms of service. I have done a lot of reading on this and I am still unsure :( If it does violate the terms of service, I assume I would have to purchase a Maps API Premier<http://www.google.com/enterprise/earthmaps/maps.html>license.
I am building a mobile application that would have store locator functionality. There is going to be an option to search for nearby stores via address, postal code, or intersection. When the user enters the address, postal code, or intersection, I was going to have the mobile application use the Google maps API to get the longitude and latitude of the location being searched (via client-side geocoding). Then use that information to search my database of stores to determine what stores are nearby. Then finally display the nearby all stores on the google map. Any help is greatly appreciated.
