Does anybody have an update on this issue as I've had the same problem
with code I developed against V3.

Is it likely I have to change any parameters/settings on my Markers I
have created as I find my the environment crashes in an internal
"mouseout" event shortly after calling "setIcon" within the DragStart
event handler.
