We recently pushed a new version of the Maps API.
In this release...
* Fixed: Zoom no longer animated if change in zoom level greater than 2
(Issue 3033)
* Fixed: OverlayView.set('map', foo) is now the same as OverlayView.setMap
* Removed GeocoderRequest’s "language" option
