I have not yet been able to find a good way to place labels on a map in the
v3 API. The best thing I have found is this infobox thing:
http://google-maps-utility-library-v3.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/infobox/

I have managed to get some mediocre looking labels to display using it, but
they obverlap each other when zoomed out.
http://www.northmiamicra.org/downloadandlabelxml.html

Is there any way that I can put these infoboxes into a Marker Manager so
that I can specify at what zoom scale the labels should display?

The old 'Elabels' from v2 could be put inside a marker manager, there is an
example of it here:
http://econym.org.uk/gmap/example_elabelmanager.htm

Can the "infobox" be put inside the marker manger aswell?
