> So what should I do to have a more accurate search result?

I don't know; what are you calling "accurate results"? You want a
doorway located to within a few millimetres, or you want the phone
number of a burger bar?

It's very difficult to advise when you give us little clue about what
you are searching for, or what your aim is.

Using the example you did give, "69th Regiment Armory, New York, USA"
that is an establishment, not a street address.
Using the maps geocoder finds you the best match it can, you can try
it here
http://econym.org.uk/gmap/example_didyoumean1.htm
It finds an armory, but I suspect not the one you want. Playing with
the "address" you give it produces various results, try "armory, New
York, USA"

Giving it the actual street address gives better results. Try "68
Lexington Avenue, New York", isn't that your armory?
It's an address geocoder not a general search tool.

The resolution of the geocoder varies all over the world, so in some
areas it can resolve an address to a rooftop, in others it can only
get as close as town or village.

> And how can I have multiple results with one search?

You can use the Places API, it returns multiple results.
