Okay, so you need to write some code that

(a) gets coordinates from your XML.

(b) As there are limits on how many Directions requests you can make,
you will probably want to optimize them by batching them up.
You could ask for Directions from A to B , B to C, etc. but that is
not very efficient, it will be slow and use up your quota.
So better to batch them up so you can ask for Directions A-B-C-D-E and
so on.
There are a maximum of ten 'places to visit' in a Directions request
(start, 8 waypoints, end) so you could batch up in tens.
You would need to carry the last point over to also become the first
point in the next batch, together with the next nine.

(c) Once you've constructed your batches of points, use the first one
to form a Directions request. There are limits on the rate that you
can request Directions, so best to send one request at a time and wait
for the results. If the Directions request was successful, show the
polyline on your map and discard the completed batch.

(d) If it wasn't successful, examine the error code and either abort
the process, or retry the request, depending on the kind of error.

(e) Check if there are more batches to process. If so, wait for a
delay (so you don't break the rate limit) and back to (c) to send the
next request

> I'm new with Javascript

This is an ambitious project and you are going to have a lot of work,
but you will learn a lot about asynchronous functions, callbacks, and
task management.

Don't forget that you are only guessing where your subject actually
goes in the three-minute intervals.

Using Directions can have unexpected results over short distances and
with GPS position uncertainty ; for example a 10-metre move that
appears to cross a street may produce an unexpected diversion to an
intersection a km or two away and back, in order to cross the street
safely or comply with one-way streets.

Be aware of the terms of use, free access to your map may have privacy
implications for your subjects, tracking business assets may have
licensing implications for you.
