Hello,

Not directly related to the question, but the challenge of adding drop
down boxes within a map took me a very long time to work out (didn't
find the example Barry Hunter just linked to). We solved it and got it
to speak to Fusion Table layers so you select using a drop down box
with checkboxes to pull up layers that the user wants to see.

So, for the benefit of anyone else that searches for drop down boxes,
