HI All, I am developing a geocode appliction. The application will take an address and then geocode it to get coordinates and then search the DB to display some locations (i.e Depots) near this address we have taken before. My idea is to already geocode locations which are in the DB and store the longitude and latitude in table. When we geocode the address entered on our form write the longitude & latitude in an xml combine with results from the DB and then display markers from this xml. 2 Problems which I'm facing are:
1) Is this the best way to do it? Are there any other ways which are better? Doesn't google prohibit to store results on DB? 2) How to distinguish the actual postcode/address marker we took in the form and display it a bit differently then the rest of the markers? I will appreciate any pointers and help in this regard. Cheers -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps JavaScript API v3" group.
