to replicate the problem; Use Chrome 15
1. open http://www.artflow.ro/tibi/maps.html 2. click on the lower marker. 3. drag the map left or right (until the infowindow is near/off the page). No such problem in IE or FF. My bad investigations have shown it probably an issue with the DOM in Chrome, Hope this is of help.
