Could you please elaborate what do you mean by " local intranet _with_ access to internet"? I'm trying to "interpret" here: - if a local intranet has no access to the outside www, then there's no access anyway to the google maps API. - if a local intranet has access to the outside www, then it might have access to the API. But then you say it's not legal unless you go with the premier licence.
