Hi,

I'm currently developing a HTML5-based service for both mobile and
desktop browsers. The service is targeting local motor sport
associations arranging motor sport competitions. The service/app will
contain a map (hopefully google maps) which all users will, without
any payment, have access to. The map will contain some basic free
information related to the competition, however I will make more
information (basically an overlaid KML-file) visible for those who pay
a small fee.

So my question is, can I use google maps v3 for this without using
Google Maps Premium? (I will never make as much money that it match
the premium fee, so in case of no I need to find an alternative map
provider.)

Please forgive me of this isn't the correct forum for such a question.

Thanks,
Jonas
