Hello,

We're about to embark on an update to our store locator (need to move from
v2 to v3).

We currently use the geocoding api every few months to map street addresses
to lat/long and then store that in a db. When a user makes a query, we use
this stored data to determine what locations are near the address the user
entered.

Is this an acceptable use under the v3 API terms? It was under v2.
