I changed the click event to execute the load_rotator() code and you were correct! (I like talking to smart people :-) To me this simply indicates that the domready event code is broken for the infoBubble. This should be a deterministic event. However, it clearly isn't.
So, I'll implement your suggestion. However, how does one add a task to the browser queue?
