Hi Just a thought As you are working in a Microsoft environment it would probably be more effective to use Bing Maps You should get more support eg see http://www.magnetism.co.nz/blog/11-09-16/Displaying_a_Dynamics_CRM_2011_Account_on_a_Bing_Map.aspx
