All, sincere apologies I thought I'd sorted the issue out. Anyway this <http://www.mapmyfinds.co.uk/development/mylocationstest.html>is the page that I started out with. If you select the 'Test Location 2' from the left hand sidebar, select '25' from the drop down menu on the right of the page and click 'Select Locations', you'll see a sidebar created which gives you the POI's within the radius selected.
What I'd like to do is change the format of the left hand sidebar to match the one on the right. I thought that this was going to be straight forward, but I just can't seem to get it to work. This <http://www.mapmyfinds.co.uk/development/mylocationstest1.html> is what I've done so far. I can get the markers to appear and disappear upon selection and deselection of the check boxes, but I can't get the sidebar to work. Once again apologies for the errors with the links.
