Thank you. This works well. In the else statement I changed it to i>c.

var fs = rs.features;
for (var i = 0, c = fs.length; i < c; i++) {
setupFeature(fs[i]);
}
}
else{
var fs = rs.features;
for (var i = 0, c = fs.length; i > c; i++) {
setupFeature(fs[i]);
}
}
