I am fairly new to api maps. I have created one a long time ago but I am trying to upgrade to v3 and to use a xml file to automatically add the flags. I have 5 different files, each centered at a different location, that have the same identical locations. It is a pain to updae each file when I only have one small change to make. I want to use an xml file that will only have to be updaed and then all 4 of the map files will automatically update. The 5 files are www.flordasquaredance.com/maps/google/central.html, northeast.html, northwest.html, southeast.html & westcoast.html. The new map is www.floridasquaredance.com/maps/google/central-api.html. I want to use this new map as it is using the new V3 but I cannot seem to get it to work.
I have the xml file, www.floridasquaredance.com/maps/google/sites.xml, that I would like to feed into the new map that I have created, www.floridasquaredance.com/maps/google/central-api.html. I want to have the html file read the xml file and post all the appropriate flags according to the latitude and longitude included in the xml file. I would also like for it to pop up a window with the information like is shown in www.floridasquaredance.com/maps/google/central.html. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps JavaScript API v3" group.
