There is no singular "Map Font". There are the fonts on the map tiles that cannot be changed. Then there are the fonts in the map type buttons and its "popouts" that are changeable by CSS and with the browser font preferences, as well as the font in the copyright notice, the terms of use and the font in the title tooltips.
The default font of all these changeable fonts seems to be Arial.
