The Google Map Marker's click event will not trigger on non-touch screen blackberry OS 6 and 7 devices.
I've used google's example as a test: http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/event-closure.html Steps to reproduce: 1. Get a non-touchscreen blackberry running OS 6 or 7. If that is not possible, BlackBerry offers a bunch of simulator. On my test, I choose a BlackBerry 9300 running OS 7. 2. Open browser, go to the link above (http://code.google.com/apis/ maps/documentation/javascript/examples/event-closure.html) 3. Use the TrackPad to click on the icon (if you touch the screen, BlackBerry treat the event as touchscreen and it will work...even though the device don't have a touch screen) 4. You can see that a new infowindow is not opened. This bug look suspicious similar to JQuery Mobile's bug here: http://forum.jquery.com/topic/blackberry-problems Did anyone experienced the same problem? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps JavaScript API v3" group.
