Thanks Shane for the Firefox with Firebug tip, I'll keep that in mind.
Thanks Davie for solving the problem!

The strangest thing is that the site was working for a while on all
major browsers with this exact code... Cannot be caching since I've
even shown the site to others. That's why I thought of a new release
of Google Maps API or something similar.

So big thanks for helping me out with a mistake like this :)
