I'm trying to use the "Using InfoBox to Create a Map Label" example to create
an infobox w/text labels inside it:

It shows the infobox and text when I run it from the page it's on (that is,
from the server), but when I cut it into a file to modify and then run this
unmodified from my local machine w/'OPEN' it doesn't show the infobox or text.
What am I doing wrong?
