Seems the kml file cannot be found. When you take out these two lines, it
might work.
var islamabad_coverage = new
google.maps.KmlLayer('http://115.167.72.194/fut_survey/google_map/pakistan_map.kml'
); islamabad_coverage.setMap(map);
