I have developed an interactive route planner which I would like to release to the public, however, there is a show stopper related to the browsers print preview.
First here is the link: http://yukonlive.ca/travelyukon/getaround.faces After altering an origin or destination for the selected route a polyline and default markers will show up on the map. When clicking on the "Get Direction" button a static map and the driving direction will be rendered in the page. If one clicks Print everything works as expected. However, if one decided to view the browsers print preview and goes back to the original map all overlays on the map are vanished. This happens with FF, Chrome and Opera on Ubuntu and Windows 7, but not with IE 8 on Windows 7. Any thoughts on this behavior and possible workarounds are greatly appreciated.
