We are planning to embed Google Maps API V3 in our existing
website.The website will be used for commercial purpose.
As of now we used the free version of Google MAPS Javascript API V3
to embed these maps to show particular information/location/status in
the application.
I saw it recently in Google Licensing the Google Maps API V3 is free
only for non-profit websites.
Mine is a startup company .I looked in the Google Maps API V3 for
Business which costs around 10,000USD per year.
I am using the maps in the application only in 2 places in the website
for which company cannot afford that much amount.Any suggestions/
alternatives will be more helpful to use the Google Maps Javascript
API V3 free version for commercial purposes.If not any suggestions for
open-source maps will be helpful.
