I am having the same problem. However my markers are all offset to the left, not to the right. I have hundreds of interactive maps inside i-frames that are now all wrong. I do not write my own KML files, so can't change things that way. http://seabreeze.wordpress.com/
Is it possible to fix this problem by redesigning my icons/markers so they are offset the correct number of pixels (so the orb is in the bottom right hand corner of the 32x32 image?
