Hi, we want to use google maps in our commercial software that is sold as a standalone software but also as "software as a service" (managed service) to our customer. We display measurement points (mobile phone upload/download rates) on googl maps within our application.
do we need a business license for that? do we need a license for the managed service and for each standalone software package we sell? thx for you help. Stefan PS: if my post is off topic ...
