I just got myself a Windows Phone 8 phone (which I already love) but
it seems IE10 has some issues with onTouch events.
Not really sure but it seems to me preventDefault() is not taken in
account. Result is viewport still scrolling and map is not draggable.

Same problem with OpenStreetMap btw...
