this.moving=google.maps.event.addListener(this,"mousemove",function(ev){
this.mousemove(ev);
});
ev.stop();

*mouseup*:function(ev){
*this.getMap().setOptions({draggable:true});*
google.maps.event.removeListener(this.moving);
ev.stop();
}
