The documentation states the below and has done so since the introduction 
of transit mode. When will the rate limits be lifted (currently the rate of 
accepted requests seems to be around 5 seconds)? As I need to make shorts 
bursts of requests for my website to work this is really holding me back. 
Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
